Honest Disclaimer
NEXA is an early-stage studio. We're not yet in a position to offer full-time salaries or formal employment contracts for every role.
What we offer is real work experience, a proper team environment, portfolio-worthy output, and a place to grow alongside a product studio that's building in public.
Compensation structure varies by role and contribution. We'll discuss this openly during our first conversation.
